We took Rosie swimming in the Gouliot caves, and she found them incredible. Under the high water mark the rocks of the Gouliot, or 'jewelled', caves are encrusted with many species of anemones in different glistening hues; so colourful and eye catching that they look like jewels. The upper parts of the cave are also huge; cathedral-like and awe inspiring.
